"La Chula" is a construction company whose goal it is to build your villa at an unbeatable price in any region, town or village in the Dominican Republic. Our teams are mobile and present in all the most important locations in the country.
The management of our construction company is French. We are associated with a team of architects/contractors with the best know-how in the field for the construction of villas or residential dwellings in the Dominican Republic.
The "La Chula" concept is simple :
- When you come to the Dominican Republic, we will show you in the tourist area you prefer a number of lots which are suitable for the villa of your choice. These lots in each geographic area will come in different sizes and with different characteristics in order to satisfy all tastes, requirements and budgets.
- At your convenience, we will propose you individual lots or lots belonging to residential developments (for further information, please click the link "Complete description" of the villas presented below).
- Once you have chosen your lot, a contract will be drawn up for the lot of your choice. For this we will make an appointment in the offices of the most prestigious Notary in the country, and at each meeting you may chose to have an English speaking legal advisor present. All contracts will be translated into English.
- 10 months later, your villa will be delivered, turn-key.
